We are a rapidly expanding Personal injury law firm with offices in Carrum Downs and Mornington. We provide a full legal service to people injured at work, in transport accidents, as a result of asbestos exposure, or otherwise through someone else's negligence.
We are seeking a Junior Secretary/receptionist with an interest in Personal Injury law. This opportunity will see you work with senior paralegals and a senior lawyer.
You will be assisting in a wide range of office duties including:-
Preparing and drafting correspondence and documents
File maintenance, data entry and archiving
Organising mail and couriers
Photocopying, filing and scanning
General administrative duties as required
Organising and keeping clean working areas, including kitchen duties.
To be successful for this position you will have the following skills and attributes:
Microsoft Word skills, strong typing speed and accuracy
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
High attention to detail
A willingness to learn
Friendly and cheerful demeanour
Possess a genuine interest in the law and working in the legal industry.
